Which languages and markets do you work in?

We work all over the world, having completed projects in 6 continents and more than 50 language pairs. We are constantly updating our talent pool to ensure we can meet the needs of our clients wherever they may be and in whatever language that might be. If you have a need for support with a language or in a location you think may be complicated please contact us, we love a challenge.

Who will be working on my project?

We consider three main factors when assigning work. Firstly, we ensure the assignment goes to a native speaker of the target language who is fully fluent in the source language. Secondly, we ensure they are experienced in the role. For example, we would not assign an interpreter experienced only in consecutive interpreting to a simultaneous interpreting job. Finally we try to ensure they have knowledge in your industry. For many industries such as legal or manufacturing we have team members with deep knowledge of industry terminology and customs. Which file formats do you work with?

We work with all common file formats, as well as .xml, .html, .srt, .strings, .po, .yml and .xliff, among others for more advanced translations. We can also work directly within Adobe file formats such as InDesign or Illustrator.

Do you use AI?

The short answer is that it’s up to you. We work with the best available tools for both translation and interpreting to bring you greater efficiency and cost-savings, but also provide human-only services to many clients who prefer that. We will be fully transparent about which technology platforms and applications we are using and how they can assist you.

How do you keep client information private and secure?

We are fully committed to data security and anyone working on your project, whether they are full time or freelance, will have signed our confidentiality and data privacy agreements, as well as undergoing regular training on the subject. The services we use for file sharing and file storage are fully encrypted and your data will be managed in compliance with ISO/IEC 27040:2024 standards.

What are your payment terms?

We can issue invoices and accept payments in Pound Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card payment. For retainer services we will issue an invoice each month and for ad-hoc services we will issue an invoice upon completion of the work, payable within 30 days.
